Bold colors and eerie tales collide, bringing chilling stories to life

Client Brief:

Undefined Pictures, founded by a talented Kenyan videographer, approached us with the goal of creating a distinctive logo and brand identity that would help her stand out in a competitive landscape. She wanted her brand to reflect her unique style and artistic vision, capturing the essence of her work.

Our approach:

We drew inspiration from the vibrant retro graphics of the 90s, characterized by bright colors and playful comic elements. We chose a bright color palette featuring vibrant shades of blue, yellow, red, and turquoise, embodying the fun and self-expressive nature of the brand. The logo and accompanying retro-inspired illustrations encapsulate the videographer’s spirit of self-expression and her desire to convey her thoughts through film.
To further enhance the brand identity, we created a set of icons that can be incorporated in various instances, adding versatility to her visual toolkit. The overall tone of the branding is fun and slightly cocky, perfectly blending with the bright and expressive aesthetic, resulting in a memorable identity that positions Undefined Pictures as a standout player in the film industry, inviting audiences to experience her unique storytelling.
